Artist: Ace

This album is the initial character design & reference sheet created in collaboration with Ace.

Ace was provided with a gallery of existing character designs I wished to use as inspiration - referencing character builds & physique - some outfit references (including photos of my real wardrobe!) and some supplementary materials to help guide the design.

Using these, and with some conversation about specific details, Ace was able to turn a disparate collection of images & ideas into a fantastic design, incorporating elements of my own personality to create an incredible piece of work that has done nothing but impress. Ace was thoroughly communicative throughout the process, and an absolute joy to work with, being both incredibly patient with my somewhat sporadic ideas while also providing tons of his own.

I truly couldn’t be happier with the outcome of commissioning Ace, and I am looking forward to working more with him in the future!
